• By mutual agreement of both parties

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date, and we will deliver work completed to that point.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

India Business Consulting operates as an independent contractor. Our relationship with clients does not create:

• Employment, partnership, or joint venture relationships
• Authority to bind clients to third-party agreements
• Fiduciary duties beyond professional consulting standards
• Entitlement to employee benefits or protections

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from our services:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
• Mediation may be pursued before formal legal proceedings
• Disputes will be resolved under the laws of India
